Celebrity Sushi Rolls
H5O bistro & bar has partnered with local celebrities to create sushi roll specials for June, July and August with 50% of the proceeds benefiting the celebrity's charity of choice.
From June 1 – June 30, H5O bistro will serve a sushi roll created by Leanne Marshall, clothing designer and winner of Project Runway season five. Proceeds from the "Leanne Marshall Roll" benefit Oceana, an ocean conservation organization that is a leading authority on ramifications of the Gulf oil spill. Leanne's cabbage salad and spicy aioli sushi roll is filled with nori and seasoned rice; topped with fresh carrots, avocado and tomato; finished with togarashi and diakon radish sprouts and served with tomato coulis.
Andy Carson, weatherman on KPTV's Good Day Oregon, will have a roll featured at H5O bistro from July 1 – July 31. The "Andy Carson Roll" will benefit the American Cancer Society of Portland, an organization dedicated to eliminating cancer and diminishing suffering caused by cancer, and its event Relay for Life, July 17 - 18. Andy’s fennel and hickory smoked spring Chinook salmon roll includes herb whipped cream cheese and cucumber rolled with toasted hazelnuts and served with tomato coulis.
Galen Rupp's sushi roll will be featured from August 1 – August 31 and is still in the design phase! Galen, a track and field and cross-country athlete, holds multiple NCAA records and competed in the 2008 Olympics. Wouldn't you know it? He isn't sharing yet his selected charity!

Toss Up Tuesdays at H5O bistro & bar!
Every Tuesday at H5O bistro & bar beginning February 2 for a limited time, all lunch and dinner diners will be given the opportunity to play "Toss Up Tuesday!"
What's "Toss Up Tuesday?" Well, it's an opportunity to win your meal free with just the flip of a coin. Are you kidding? Nope. We're so not kidding. At the conclusion of a lunch or dinner meal, all diners wishing to play call heads or tails over their server's coin flip. When the diner calls the flip correctly, the meal is free! Now who wouldn't enjoy a free meal these days with just the flip of a coin? The 'free' part excludes all alcohol and gratuity. Sorry, Happy Hour is excluded from this promotion!
So, c'mon over any day to savor a great meal or tasty libation at H5O. And remember on Tuesdays you can take a chance that maybe -- just maybe -- your lunch or dinner may be free. With just a flip of a coin. How fun is that?
