Toss Up Tuesdays at H5O bistro & bar!

Every Tuesday at H5O bistro & bar beginning February 2 for a limited time, all lunch and dinner diners will be given the opportunity to play "Toss Up Tuesday!"

What's "Toss Up Tuesday?" Well, it's an opportunity to win your meal free with just the flip of a coin. Are you kidding? Nope. We're so not kidding. At the conclusion of a lunch or dinner meal , all diners wishing to play call heads or tails over their server's coin flip. When the diner calls the flip correctly, the meal is free! Now who wouldn't enjoy a free meal these days with just the flip of a coin? The 'free' part excludes all alcohol and gratuity. Sorry, Happy Hour is excluded from this promotion!

So, c'mon over any day to savor a great meal or tasty libation at H5O. And remember on Tuesdays you can take a chance that maybe -- just maybe -- your lunch or dinner may be free. With just a flip of a coin. How fun is that?

Cooking for Kids

On Thursday, May 20, 2010 Hotel Fifty & H5O bistro & bar will host Cooking for Kids, a unique fundraising food and wine event to benefit Morrison Child and Family Services. The intimate event will feature a multi-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Nick Yanes with cooking demonstrations before each course. Wine selections will be paired with each dish.

The event is $150 per person. For additional information and to make reservations, visit www.morrisonkids.org. This event is just one of the more than 30 Cooking for Kids fundraising dinners held at Oregon's finest restaurants. All proceeds from the event will benefit Morrison Child and Family Services, an organization dedicated to providing mental health and child welfare services for Oregon children and their families.
