H5O Bistro & Bar just received (November, 2008) a 10 out of 10 in the new 2009 Portland Happy Hour Guide, a comprehensive list of happy hour locations throughout the Portland area. The designation is SO NEW that it doesn't yet appear on their website --www.portlandhappyhour.com. Bet it will soon!
